Calls asking about my sister and court papers

This number called me a bunch of times. They kept asking if I was one of my parents. They wanted to know if we had any contact with my sister. Said it was to verify her address so they could drop off court documents.

My sister finally called them back. They told her she needed to pay $2500 to settle something. She has no idea what they are talking about. Never heard of any of this before. They just kept pushing for the money.
