Voicemail about a $30,000 loan I never applied for

They left a voicemail saying I was getting a loan for $30,000 because of a loan application I filled out at the end of last year. I don't remember filling out any application like that. It didn't make sense to me.

I tried calling the number back to see what it was about but nothing came of it. The whole thing felt strange. I never applied for a loan so I don't know where they got my information from.
