Phone call claiming to be from the IRS

Someone named Jessica called me from 1(866) 581-1973 saying she was with the IRS. I didn't answer but she left a message. The number comes up as being out of West Palm Beach, FL at 1577 N Military Trail.

I looked it up and there's also an email attached to this, [email protected]. I never gave anyone my information and I don't owe anything to the IRS. Just want to put this out there so others know.
