Paid a $50 deposit for hair appointment that got canceled

I paid a $50 deposit through Apple Cash for a hair appointment. On the morning of the appointment, the service provider contacted me and said she had forgotten she had class, so she canceled.

Since she was the one who canceled, I asked for my $50 deposit back. I followed up about the refund but I never got the money back and never got a response either.

I have screenshots of the payment, the cancellation, and my attempts to get the refund. The address I have for her is 10520 Baltimore Ave, Beltsville, MD 20705.
