Postcard with a photo of our own house on it

Someone sent us a postcard with a picture of our house on it. They took a photo of our home and ran it through AI to make it look like we used their product. It was mailed to us like it was some kind of proof we bought something.

We never used their product. We have no idea who these people are. The address on it was 5528 William St, Lancaster, NY 14086.

It's unsettling that someone photographed our house and used it like this. No money was lost but this feels like identity theft to me.
