Phone call saying I qualified for a $5000 loan

Someone called me and said I was qualified for a $5000 loan with a 10% APR. They asked for a copy of my license and said once it was verified they would call back. They told me it would take about 15 minutes.

I sent them a copy of my license and then never heard back. No loan, no call, nothing.
