Voicebot saying click a link about DVS

Got a call from this number, (651) 615-4407, and it was a voicebot. It said please click on this link http://learningcenter.dps.mn.gov//dvs/ and something about a voicebot. Sounded official but I didn't trust it.

I did not call or reply to the number. The link looks like it's supposed to be for the MN DPS or DVS but I'm not sure. Just wanted to report it because it seems like a government agency imposter thing. No money lost or anything but still weird.
