Voicemail about court and wage garnishment over a debt

Got a call and they left a voicemail saying the legal department was going to send info to court. Said I needed to call them back. When I did, they rushed me into making a payment. They kept saying wage garnishment would happen if I didn't.

I just wanted to get it cleared up so I asked them to work with me. They took $855.60 total. Still not sure this was even a real debt. The website is securecrm.io/epay/myaccount.php and the email was [email protected].

I feel like I got pushed into paying something I didn't fully understand.
