Calls trying to sell me a necklace late at night

Someone keeps calling from (717) 347-1807 trying to sell me a necklace. They said I need to fall at least 10 times a day to qualify for it, which makes no sense at all.

The calls come on Saturday and late at night too. It feels like a phishing thing. I have no idea who these people are or where they got my number.
