Job offer turned into asking me for money

I got a call from this number (786) 882-7869 about a job. They promised I would be making good money, seemed legit at first. The guy on the phone was smooth, talking about how I just needed to pay for some training materials upfront and then the big checks would start coming in.

I sent them 67 dollars. After that they kept calling asking for more money, said it was for a background check or some kind of fee to unlock my first assignment. That's when it didn't make sense to me. I told them I wasn't paying anything else and they just hung up. Never heard from them again.

The address they gave was in FL but now I don't even know if that was real either. Just felt like I should say something so nobody else falls for it.
