Paid for products and never got anything from 7oh.com

I ordered from 7oh.com because they had a really good sale that I couldn't pass up. I paid $428 and after that, they just kept stringing me along. They would say the items were coming or that I would get my money back, but nothing ever showed up. They even showed a refund on their end but the money never hit my account.

Then they tried to say they would give me a deal on something else worth like 10 times what I originally bought. They sent me an invoice for it but then wouldn't honor it. They said their "fraud" department flagged it. So basically I'm out my money and will never see a single thing from them. They just keep you thinking you'll get something but you never do.
