Phone number saying they refunded my hotel money

I booked a hotel reservation and ended up disputing the charge. The number (800) 774-2354 out of Monterey, CA was involved in this. They told me they refunded my money. But they never did. That's $305.42 I'm still waiting on.

I disputed the transaction and they claim the refund went through. It didn't. Nothing ever showed up. I've tried to get this sorted out and keep getting the same answer that it was refunded.

It was a travel or timeshare type thing. I just want my money back at this point.
