Phone call saying adverse action pending with no company name
I’ve told them not to call me or I will report them. It’s just a phishing thing, I’m pretty sure. But it’s annoying getting calls like that with no real information.
They called with my sister's info and a case number
What really bothers me is they have my name and address, but they also have my sister's name and phone number. They tried calling her about me. That's just weird and feels too personal. I haven't lost any money but I don't know how they got all this info.
Called saying court papers were delivered but nothing came
I called them back like they asked and they told me if I didn't make a payment by the end of the day they were going to take me to court. They didn't even say what the payment was for exactly. Just kept pushing about money.
I don't owe anything that I know of and this felt really off. They are supposedly located in Texas. I haven't paid them anything but I'm worried they might try something else.
Phone message about a property and pending action
They said if I didn’t call before the end of the day, they’d assume I was ignoring them and make some decision without me. Also said the call was being recorded as proof that I was notified. I never heard of this company before. No name, no address, nothing except a phone number and that they’re in Tarentum, PA.
I didn’t lose any money, but it feels like a fishing thing. Like they want me to call back so they can get more info. I don’t even know what property they’re talking about.
