Unsolicited offer to buy my property from a number I don't know

I got a message from this number, (952) 900-4120, about buying my property. I never asked anyone to buy it and I don't know who these people are. They said to name my price.

The address they gave was 1250 Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata, MN 55391. I have no idea who is behind this or why they contacted me. It just seems like a phishing thing to get my info. I didn't lose any money but I don't trust it at all.
