Email about a BBB dispute with case numbers that don't exist

I got an email saying there was a dispute reported with the BBB and to open the attachment for it. The email mentioned a company name Johns Inc. and said it was reported today 9.23.2026. It also had dispute case numbers in it, but those numbers don't exist.

The email came from [email protected] and there's a phone number (561) 376-7712 and an address in Boca Raton, FL 33431. I didn't open the attachment, I'm afraid to.

I have the email and a photo of the attachment if anyone needs to see it.
