Called A1 for a key fob and got someone else

I called A1 Mobile Secure Locksmith at 414-447-5200 to replace a lost car key fob. The call got rerouted to "On The Way Locksmith." A woman answered and when I asked if she was A1 she said yes. She wouldn't give me an estimate for the fob.

A tech called me 10 minutes later saying he was part of A1. I set up an appointment for the next day at 1pm. He showed up an hour late with no A1 uniform on but still claimed he was with A1. He finished in a half hour and had me pay $465.
