Keeps calling about a complaint with no company name

This person, Aaron Taylor, keeps calling me and even my family members. They say my complaint has been forwarded to their desk and that I need to call them back ASAP before something negative happens with my file. They gave me a reference number 662-02652 and said it's time sensitive.

The callback number they leave is 855-762-4025. They never say what company they are from or anything. Just that I have to get ahold of them right away. It feels like harassment at this point. I haven't lost any money but I'm pretty sure this is a scam.
