Website says high quality but items are cheap China quality
When I tried to return it they told me I have to ship it back to China. That costs almost as much as what I paid so I'd lose money either way. I spent $70 and now I'm just stuck with it.
I think they count on people giving up because the return isn't worth it. Support email is [email protected] but it didn't really help. Just wanted to warn others about this site.
Return policy says 90 days but address is in China
When I actually looked into returning it, the address they gave me is for YIWU Cujia Trade Co., Ltd., 2nd Floor, Building 9, No. 887 Changchun West Rd., China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Jindong District, Jinhua, 321000 Zhejiang. Shipping anything there costs way more than what I paid for the item itself.
So basically the return policy is useless. I spent $79.95 and there's no realistic way to send it back. I tried emailing [email protected] but nothing helpful came of it. Just wanted to put this out there so other people know what they're getting into.
