Ordered online and they kept saying it would ship next week

I placed an order on adoorn.com that said it would ship in 2 weeks. After that I had to email them 4 times over the course of 7 weeks asking where my products were. Every time they just said it would be shipped next week.

I ended up cancelling my order and they haven't refunded my money. I lost $204.71. Their email is [email protected] and they're listed in Chicago, IL.
