Phone call about setting up payments and now spam emails

I got a phone call from (803) 963-0363 about setting up payments. They said it was for a debt. I gave them my card info to set up the payments but the card kept declining. Now they keep sending threatening voicemails and spam emails from [email protected]. I just want them to stop calling me and sending these messages. It's been really stressful.
