Paid $5000 for ADT service and never got the tablet

I paid $5000 for ADT service and they never sent the tablet that was supposed to come with it. This has been going on and I keep getting the runaround.

The number I have for this is 916-821-5111 and the name attached is Arthur B. Jaime Jr. There's also an address in Sacramento, CA and an email, [email protected].

I just want what I paid for. $5000 is a lot of money and I still don't have the tablet.
