Dryer vent cleaning never happened and they took my money

I hired these people to clean out my dryer vent. They came and said they did it but nothing was done. They didn't even know where the vent was downstairs which was weird.

I paid them $750. They took the money and I haven't heard anything back. I tried calling the number (612) 230-8688 and no answer. Emailed them at [email protected] too.

Still waiting to hear something. This was supposed to be a simple job. I just want my money back or for them to actually do the work.
