Figurines came flat instead of 3D like the ad

The ad showed 3 dimensional figurines but when the items arrived they were flat 2 dimensional plastic. Not what was pictured at all. I asked for a refund and they declined because the item is not broken or damaged per their policy. So basically they can show whatever they want in the ad and send you something completely different and it's fine as long as it's not broken. Lost $57.98 on this.
