Timeshare recovery lawyer asked for money up front
The lawyer who contacted me was supposed to call me in a few days. They had all these details about my previous loss including the exact dollar amount, but the info in his email didn't match the real Advocate Solutions Group when I looked them up. I asked him what guarantee I had for getting my money back and he couldn't answer any of my questions.
I started digging around and found out this is just another scam from a different angle. They wanted $9,872.17 from me. Their website is advocatesolutionsgroup.com and they use an address on 17th Street in Denver. The email came from [email protected]. I'm glad I didn't send them anything.
