Warranty letter for my address with no company info

Got a letter in the mail about my warranty for my address. It said the file was flagged for review or something like that. Didn't really make sense to me.

The only thing on it was a phone number, 1-844-300-1154, and it said AE Home Warranty Dept. No real company name or website or anything. Just that number.

I didn't call them. It felt strange. The letter also said reply STOP to opt out, but I don't even know what I'm supposed to be opting out of. I just threw it away.

Text about a warranty for an address that isn't mine

Got a text today that said "Mark, the warranty file for 2051 E Oak Shores Dr is set to close soon." I don't know any Mark and I definitely don't own that property. It came from something called AE Home Warranty Dept with a number 1-844-300-1154.

The message said to reply STOP to opt out but I'm not even sure how they got my number. It's just a phishing thing trying to get me to call I guess. I didn't call them or give any info.
