Nails came with someone else's name and cheap plastic quality
I contacted them about a refund, I even said I would send the nails back since it wasn't what I ordered at all, plus it had someone else's name. They got really hostile about it. Worst customer service I have dealt with. They just kept lying saying they didn't make any mistake. So now I am stuck with these products I didn't order, with someone else's name, and the quality is like a gum ball machine toy. I lost 168 dollars on this. Just don't do business with Lily and Miya.
