Ordered AC units and no delivery from AeroChill
I guess Shopify handled the transaction part of it. Then YANWEN was supposed to deliver the merchandise but nothing ever showed up. No package, no tracking updates that made any sense.
I just want my money back or the units. It's been a while now and I haven't heard anything useful.
Bought a cooler from aerochill and never got it
That was like 2 months ago. Still no product. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. Nothing. I just want people to know to be careful with this company because they take your money and you get nothing.
