Another million dollar giveaway that wants me to pay first

So I get this text from someone named Agent Joy Worthy saying I won a million dollar giveaway. Of course I have to pay 500 dollars to get the prize. They said I have to pay the FedEx driver so he can deliver it to me.

Then this guy calls me and he sounds like he's Indian decent or maybe he's the driver. I don't know. But it's the same thing - pay up first before I get anything. I didn't send any money. It's just another scam. The number was (705) 800-6435 and they were using WhatsApp.
