Dryer vent cleaning cost way too much for the work done

My mother needed her dryer air vent cleaned and a new hose put from the dryer to the vent. She was told it was about 35 feet of vent cleaning and the buildup was causing Carbon Monoxide issues, so they charged her 1560.00 which is just price gouging. I feel like they took advantage of the situation but either way that price is just outrageous.

The whole job took less than 60 minutes. They also didn't fully clean up the lint that was on the laundry room floor and in the hallway. After they were done they asked if we wanted to pay by check or Zelle. When I looked at the invoice, the name on it was different than the name on the receipt. That just seems fishy to me. Just bad business practices all around, not a good company to deal with.
