Woman claiming to be American Airlines took my money for return flight
This woman called me and said I had no return ticket confirmed for 6/9. I was so exhausted, physically and emotionally, from dealing with my sister's diagnosis. Her name was Daisy Johnson and she said she was the ticketing supervisor at American Airlines when I asked to escalate the call. I gave her my seat number and all my reservation info. She said the fare went up $300.25 and she wouldn't issue my boarding pass unless I paid it.
I had to get home so I paid it. I called American Express fraud department after and they said since I took the flight home there was nothing they could do.
