Fake Amtrak email charged me $124 for a bad ticket

I got an email from [email protected] and it looked like it was from Amtrak. They said they were booking a train ticket for me. Turns out the company is Airtkts Support LLC and they were pretending to be Amtrak.

They booked the ticket saying the traveler was 16 years old so there would be no fees, but then they charged me $124 anyway. The ticket isn't even valid. I called the number they gave, (866) 332-1201, but that didn't help either. I just lost the money and have no ticket.
