Contractor claimed licensed but leak got worse after he left
We ended up paying $14,200 total. Most of it was through Zelle and we also gave him a personal check for $2,500 at the start of the job.
When he supposedly finished he left construction debris everywhere. At first he made excuses about why he hadn't picked it up and kept promising he would come get it. He never did. Then he just started ignoring us when we tried to reach him. After the first rain the leak got way worse than before and caused real damage to the walls inside. He still won't respond to any of our calls.
