Ordered patches that did not work and no one will help

I ordered some slim patches from this place and they didn't work at all. So I called the number (800) 759-9045 and the person told me they don't even sell patches. That made no sense to me since I just bought them.

I sent an email to [email protected] and have not heard back. I paid $84.59 and now I'm stuck with patches that don't work and nobody will answer for it. The website was AKEMISLIMPATCH and the address shows 841 Fairmount Ave, Betsytown, NJ 07201. Just want someone to respond.
