Ordered on TikTok and paid but never got my stuff

I ordered something from this TikTok shop akitabin and paid with Apple Pay. The payment went through but it showed up on my card as Buyesdacom which was weird. I got an order confirmation email from [email protected] and I even attached it but I took my personal info off.

I spent $24.99 and I never got anything. No package, no tracking, nothing. I tried to get my money back through Apple Cash but they said they couldn't help me get the funds back. So now I'm just out the money and the item.
