Ordered two items and nothing ever showed up

I bought two items from these people and I have emails going back a year now. Every time I ask, they just keep saying it's on the way. Nothing has ever showed up.

I ordered back in December 2025. Still waiting. They gave me a phone number (646) 912-2762 and the email is [email protected]. I have all the emails saved from the last year if anyone needs them.

Just want my stuff or my money back.
