Ordered one dress and got a totally different one
They got back to me a couple days later. No refund. They offered me a $15 credit on my account for future purchases. But that money would just sit with them forever, I'd never actually get my money back. I told them I wanted a full refund. They said fine, ship the dress back and they'd refund me once they got it. But they wouldn't give me a return label. Shipping something to China on my own would cost hundreds of dollars. So that's not even an option.
The picture I'm attaching is what I received. I can't upload the original order photo but trust me, it's completely different. This is not what I ordered or paid for. I lost $62.90 on this.
Website said US based but they’re shipping from China
When I emailed them about it, that’s when I noticed the emails were coming from China. I asked for a return since their policy says they provide a prepaid return label. But when I contacted them, they refused. They told me I have to pay to ship the item back to China myself.
So now I’m stuck with this thing I don’t want and I’m out $101.87. I emailed [email protected] but they won’t budge. I just want my money back or at least the label they promised.
