Post card from AAPP asking me to call about a claim number

I got a post card in the us mail from AAPP, All American Proctection Plans. It said to call 813 517-0770 and give this personal claim number HG77816766. So I called and talked to a guy named DAWN. He told me I would get a voucher for $349.77 to use for gas and grocerys.

The next day I got an alert from my credit card company. Someone tried to charge $44.95 on my card. It was declined. I don't know how they got my card info but this all started after that call about the voucher.
