Ordered an exfoliating towel and never got it

I saw this ad on Facebook for an exfoliating towel from Alorin Skin. It looked good so I ordered it. That was a while ago and I still haven't gotten anything in the mail.

I paid 30 bucks for it. I tried emailing them at [email protected] to ask about my order or just get my money back. They won't even respond. No towel, no refund. Just out the money. It's frustrating.
