I paid $1,250.35 for an engine for my 2002 Hyundai on Sept 10, 2026 spoke with Nelson. Given dates when item was to arrive but he didn't have a tracking number. September 29, came then Oct 2, 5, & 7 2026. Numerous calls and text messages. So he cancelled and waiting on refund. I will find Nelson and his crew Zak Williams, Andrew and a female. I have reported then do not trust these individuals. Nelson laughed at me and told me that I shouldn't have used them.

Paid for an engine and got the runaround

I paid $4,000.00 for an engine from this place and got nothing but the runaround. The contact name and number I was given was Mike Miller at (307) 317-2919.

The website is alphacarpart.com and the address listed is 1202 e Monroe Ave, Riverton, WY 82501. I've tried dealing with them but it's just been one runaround after another.

I'm out $4,000 and still don't have what I paid for.
