Ordered from altamoro.us and never got my items
When I tried to email them for help, the support email I was given goes to someone named Alex Edwards. But then I kept getting replies from a person called Cherry. I told Cherry like three times that I just want my full money back. But every time they responded, they only offered to give me a percentage of what I lost. It didn't make any sense. They never explained why I couldn't just get my refund. Still no package and no full refund.
