Bought a wallet months ago and they say it was delivered

I bought a wallet from their site AltaMoro.usa back in May. After 2 months went by and no wallet, I emailed them at [email protected] to ask where it was. They just said it was delivered and that was that.

They literally stole my money, $39.00, and would only offer me a 15% refund. This is a 100% scam site! I dont get why Ecautious.com wont shut them down after all the bad reviews they have.
