Ordered a projector set that never came

I ordered a plug & play HD Star projector halloween 6 disc set from this place. Paid through Affirm and made my first payment but the product never showed up. That was really odd to me. I never bought from them before but thought the projector would be good for the kids during the holidays.

Didn't think much of it at first since I wasn't sure if it was coming from China or something. But then I saw the item advertised on Facebook and it hit me that I still didn't get it. I tried calling them but there's no phone number listed. It said to email them but when I put the email in, all kinds of stuff popped up about scamming so I called Affirm right away and put in a dispute for the amount. Affirm pays for the product and I pay them back for the loan. I told Affirm I wasn't going to compromise my email by sending them a message.
