Health program charges keep coming after I tried to cancel

I signed up for a health program and changed my mind. Now I keep getting collection attempts over it. The loan organization is gohfd.com. One rep named Oscar told me he was going to put in a dispute letter.

I never declined the shipment of the tracker ring. I stated in my account that I wanted to cancel. I tried this several times.

I had lost my job right after the initial conversation. Results of DNA. Yes, I feel stupid.
