Email about a weight loss product charged my son $474
He canceled within 24 hours and they told him it's not refundable. He's 18, a freshman in a dorm at Arizona State, and his mailing address is in New Jersey. I don't know how this got approved for a kid who is 5'8 and 155lbs. He was tricked into thinking it was for belly fat.
They sent an approval email saying his provider approved it but he has a pediatrician. I doubt they would approve something like this. We just want our $474 back.

Website order for medication I can't get anyone to cancel
I've written 2 emails and made several calls to them, all unanswered. No one ever got back to me. My last message to them was that I've tried to reach out to cancel my subscription. I started getting terrible panic attacks when starting this med with them, which I've never had before, along with bad heart palpitations and a high heart rate. I was 3 weeks in when I couldn't take it anymore, and only being nearly 2 weeks off the medication my symptoms have stopped. I emailed 2x and tried calling both known numbers with no help back. I need to cancel this immediately.
I'm out $699 and still can't get anyone to respond. Their number is (463) 273-3394 and the email is [email protected].
Paid for a consult and the doctor never showed up twice
So I called them and complained, and they gave me a new appointment for three weeks later. I waited again and same thing, the provider was a no show. I have called them multiple times since then asking for a resolution or at least a call back, and I get nothing.
This is a scam, plain and simple. They took my money and gave me no service at all. Their phone number is 1(607) 601-6969 and their website is WWW.ALTRX.COM. I don't know what else to do. This company should be shut down.
Paid $149 for a second order that never showed up
They already got my money and I have no product. I've been going back and forth with them about it. The money is gone from my account and I'm just stuck waiting. I don't know what else to do at this point.
Paid $1500 for a program and no one ever contacted me
That was over a week ago and I haven't heard a single thing from them. I emailed them three times over the past week, no reply to any of them. I also tried calling the number on the site, (321) 641-0765, and it just says the number is invalid.
I don't know what else to do at this point. I'm out $1500 and can't even get a hold of anyone.
