Ordered GLP-1 from AltRx and never got any shipping info

I ordered GLP-1 from AltRx.com and the whole thing just redirected me to WhitecoatRX. After that I never got any payment information or shipping information from them. I paid 255 dollars and now I don't know where my order is or if it's even coming.

The website is based in CA, USA but that doesn't really help me. I just want my money back or at least some kind of update on what's going on with my order. It's been really frustrating trying to get any answers.

Paid for GLP1 and never heard back from them

I ordered a GLP1 from them and they charged my card $89.00 on 7/31. That was the last I heard from them.

I tried calling the phone number (607) 601-6968 but can't get through to anyone. I've also sent emails to [email protected] and nobody ever gets back to me. Just took my money and disappeared.

Paid for a product that never showed up

I ordered something from altrx.com and paid $432. They took the money right away. Now I get a text and an email every single day saying the order is still being processed. That's been going on for a while now.

But the thing is, I never got the product. And when I try to call the phone number, it doesn't even work. The website is down too. I've sent them emails to [email protected] and no one ever writes back. Just those daily messages that don't mean anything. I don't know what else to do.
