No phone number and they refused my return

I bought two dresses from their website amarithelabel.com. My daughter tried them on right away and the fabric was just poor quality and the fit was bad, not like the pictures at all. So I emailed them the same day we got the dresses to ask for a Return Authorization.

Their website says 30 refund guarantee, easy returns, free shipping and all that. But there is no phone number to call, just the email [email protected]. Now the contact is refusing my return and saying they will only give me 10% back. It feels like they falsely claim their products and make it impossible to return anything so they can just keep your money. You end up out of the money with nothing to show for it.
