Online store setup that I can't withdraw money from

I was trying to set up an online store and thought it was legitimate. Now I can't verify my identity to withdraw my funds and everything they keep telling me to do doesn't work. I've lost $1000. I fear I have been scammed. The phone number they gave is (425) 205-1099 and the email is [email protected]. They said they were an Amazon affiliate based in Everett, WA.
