Phone call saying my SSN was tied to money laundering in Cuba

I got a voicemail from someone saying they were Amazon about an Apple MacBook Pro for $849 being sent to 49 Arcadia Ct Albany NY 12205. I said its a mistake. Then they told me my SSN is with money laundering in Cuba with illegal drugs and said we will help you. They gave me a police complaint # am1105512. They transferred me to officer Gary J Brown badge # 3079 then transferred me to officer Aharon Soyer with a case # dc205042 phone # 202 8483704. I emailed him a copy of my license and he sent me an email from the "treasury dept". My wife said its a scam so i went to the 71 precint and he agreed its a scam. They kept me on the phone for around 4 hours. They killed my time.
