Health insurance card didn't work and they kept charging us
He went to his doctor appointment and tried to use the card information and it didn't work. I tried calling American Collective and started getting the run around. So I tried to cancel it, but they had already taken out another payment and said they couldn't refund it. We had the payment stopped. I told them to cancel it because it wouldn't work anyway.
They are still trying to get money from our checking account. My husband Aubrey had his debit card changed so they can't get to it. A representative called today, 7/31/26, wanting a payment. I called the customer service number they gave us and was told they are not in business anymore. We lost about $529.44 to this.
