Job offer on Indeed that felt off after interview
They sent over background check info and a job offer letter. Then the recruiter went quiet for a few days when I emailed. That's when I started getting suspicious. I searched around and found stuff. Then today they emailed me saying my background check was still pending.
So I called the actual facility and they told me they got bought out by American Medical Administrators. But when I asked about the floor nurse role, they said nurses contact the medical director or NP about resident issues. That didn't match what I applied for. I emailed the recruiter asking what exactly my role would be and got no response.
